Professional Bio
A graduate of Sarah Lawrence College, Victoria comes from 6 years in the coffee industry, where she worked as a content writer about inequality in the coffee supply chain before starting her PhD. She studies agroecology on coffee farms.
Research Area
Working with Professor Jimenez-Soto, Victoria's work focuses on agroecological issues in coffee production. She is focusing on the coffee berry borer, which is the pest that causes the most physical and economic damage on coffee harvests globally.
