Dr. Haley Ault is an Assistant Professor of Counselor Education in the Department of Leadership, Policy, and Lifelong Learning, a National Certified Counselor, and Licensed Professional School Counselor (TN). Her research centers on 1) school counselor professional identity, 2) counseling underserved populations, and 3) assessment in counseling. She earned her PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of Tennessee and served as a school counselor in Knoxville, TN. She holds professional memberships in the Association for Assessment and Research in Counseling, the Association for Counselor Education and Supervision, and the American School Counselor Association. In 2023, she was selected as an AARC Emerging Leader. For wellness and leisure, she enjoys spending time with her partner, couch snuggling with her goldendoodle, enjoying the Florida sunshine, and watching reality television.
