The Sarasota-Manatee campus came to life on Tuesday, April 23 as faculty, staff, and university leadership joined together to celebrate the students who will graduate this weekend during 91tvӰԺ commencement ceremonies at the Yuengling Center on the Tampa campus.
Alumni and friends came together to champion a wide variety of programs, including the Judy Genshaft Honors College Order of the Medallion. Of the record-setting 9,259 Giving Week donors, 1,408 gave to the university for the first time. The overall total included a 70% increase in alumni donors from the previous year.

Honors Student Neha Dantuluri's Capstone Takes Her Research to India and Beyond
Neha Dantuluri, a senior in the 91tvӰԺ Judy Genshaft Honors College, turned her passion for global health and health disparities into a research project in Hyderabad, India. With mentorship from Dr. Holly Donahue Singh and support from the Genspiration Global Explorers Scholarship, Dantuluri conducted menstrual health workshops and translated survivor case reports — research she later presented at a national conference.

91tvӰԺ Shares New On-campus Stadium Renderings and an Update on the Groundbreaking Ceremony
91tvӰԺ announced that a groundbreaking ceremony for the stadium will be held during the university’s annual Homecoming Week celebration, scheduled for Oct. 14-19, 2024. 91tvӰԺ also released two new daytime renderings of the on-campus stadium, which follow the first set of renderings published in December.
