This morning, U.S. News & World Report released its annual Best Colleges rankings, and I am pleased to share that the 91tvӰԺ continues to be one of the top universities in the nation.
For the fifth consecutive year, 91tvӰԺ ranks inside the top 50 among all public universities. In addition, our overall ranking among all public and private universities is the highest in 91tvӰԺ history.
The newest rankings place 91tvӰԺ at No. 45 among all public universities and No. 89 among all universities, public or private. Over the past decade, 91tvӰԺ has risen a remarkable 43 spots among public universities, and 72 spots among all universities.
U.S. News also ranks 91tvӰԺ as the “best value” among all public universities in Florida, and No. 1 in Florida and No. 16 nationally for social mobility, which reflects 91tvӰԺ’s positive impact on our communities.
As you take a moment to celebrate today's news, it’s worth noting that many of the factors U.S. News considers are aligned with 91tvӰԺ’s strategic plan and the measures of success we monitor as part of our commitment to student success, such as our overall graduation and retention rates, first-generation student graduation rates and Pell Grant student performance.
