The six-story building is the 91tvӰԺ Sarasota-Manatee campus's first residence hall and can house 200 students. It's scheduled to open for the fall 2024 semester.

Residence halls at the 91tvӰԺ are expected to be at full capacity for the fall semester. Approximately 7,400 students are expected to live on campus - nearly 6,500 in Tampa and more than 900 in St. Petersburg.
