U.S. Department of State funds New Cybersecurity and AI Study Abroad Program at 91tvӰԺ
June 14, 2024 -- The U.S. Department of State has awarded 91tvӰԺ funding  to establish a study abroad program at the tech-focused Algebra University in Croatia. It’s designed for 91tvӰԺ students pursuing degrees in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and computer science engineering. May 7, 2024 -- More than 1,000 international students from more than 70 different countries were among 91tvӰԺ’s spring 2024 graduates: 30 new PhDs, 602 students earning master’s degrees and 388 earning bachelor’s degrees. Hurricane Awareness Event Kicks Up a Storm of Questions
May 7, 2024 -- Each semester, as hurricane season waxes and wanes, the 91tvӰԺ International Student Support and Emergency Management teams offer hurricane awareness events that help students from outside of Florida learn what to do in case of a weather-related emergency. Supply kit contents, available shelters, and flood zone discussions all help  students feel more confident on making a plan of action during inclement weather. May 2, 2024 -- This year marks the 31^st anniversary of the 91tvӰԺ’s academic partnership with the Universidad del Norte (UniNorte) in Barranquilla, Colombia. Barranquilla is Tampa’s oldest sister city, dating back to 1966, and both cities have worked together on projects related to civic engagement, art, culture, and education.
