June 15, all students attending 91tvӰԺ must clear their Immunization Requirements. See Application Process for details. There are no exceptions to this deadline.

June 15, Deadline for submission of Dual Enrollment Approval Form 2 from high school counselors/ Homeschool Parents/ Administrators for Fall Term is due, no exceptions.  (Dual Enrollment Approval Form 2 submissions can be updated after student self- registration in August if changes have occurred).

June 15, District office prepares the Planning Sheet for entire district (For All High Schools) based on High School Master Schedules for the Fall and Spring. Schools may fill out the planning sheet and the district can approve and compile a complete list for submission to dualenrollment@usf.edu 

On-Going - New students for Fall Semester submit a complete non-degree high school dual enrollment application. Application Closes July 15 for Fall Semester (If students have been out 2 consecutive semesters including summer semester a new non-degree high school dual enrollment application must be submitted online by July 15)

On-Going Courses are being built for High School Dual Enrollment Courses based on District Planning Sheets, changes need to be submitted to dualenrollment@usf.edu

Students applying to Early Admissions with EUP should ensure that all test scores, transcripts, GPA, immunization, residency, and online application have been completed. All these and the application are due prior to March 1st, no exceptions.

Start with the online application and Early Admissions Informational Approval Form 1. Deadline for EUP application is on March 1st.  This includes official test scores, unofficial high school transcripts, immunization forms, residency and any other documentation as needed. (See website for application process).

July

On-Going - New students for Fall Semester submit a complete non-degree high school dual enrollment application. Application Closes July 15 for Fall Semester (If students have been out 2 consecutive semesters including summer semester a new non-degree high school dual enrollment application must be submitted online by July 15)

On-Going - All students for Fall Semester must complete this form once per year. Students and Parents will complete the Dual Enrollment Informational Form 1 together.

On-Going Students and Parents will use the student checklist and the Student Planning Sheet to prepare to meet with their school counselors/ Home School Parent / Administrator. (See Forms)

Districts/Private Schools/ Charter Schools/ Homeschool Administrators request a full-year Early Admissions Articulation Agreement by May 15th to support the students who have applied for Early Admissions by March 1st. These were students in their Junior Year of High School who will be Seniors in the upcoming school year. (See forms on this website)

August

 

Week 1, Late July or Early August, students who are taking online or 91tvӰԺ campus courses will register themselves through My Oasis for the approved courses that were discussed with their school counselor/ Homeschool parent/ Administrator. This includes all Online Courses and 91tvӰԺ Campus courses. registration occurs when the non-degree registration period opens. (See important dates)

Week 2 / Week 3 Last day to register for 91tvӰԺ courses is the Friday before courses begin. (See important dates)

IMPORTANT: Week 3 / Week 4 First Day of Class, all students must be marked for attendance the first day to avoid being dropped. Log into CANVAS or physically show up. (See important dates)

Note: During the first week of courses (Drop/Add Week), students may add courses that are now available and drop courses they do not want through My Oasis. Deadline is Friday no exceptions. (See important dates)

On-Going Prospective adjuncts "Courtesy Faculty" for Select Districts that have school-based DE courses submit all credentialing materials for teachers by 6/15. Contact EUP office for assistance and planning.

Week 2, It is suggested, that Instructors teaching on their high school campus print rosters from CANVAS to compare to their District Gradebook (ex: FOCUS). They can then report any differences to their school administration and include Dualenrollment@usf.edu if changes are to be made.

Week 2 / Week 3 Last day to register for 91tvӰԺ courses for students taking online or On 91tvӰԺ Campus is the Friday before courses begin. (See important dates)

Week 3 / Week 4 IMPORTANT: Instructors teaching on their High School Campus need to enter attendance in CANVAS the first day of class so that students are not dropped.

Students must complete prior to 3/01.

Students are informed of denial to EUP / 91tvӰԺ Early Admission as their applications are processed.

 Students will submit a completed EUP / Early Admissions online application and a completed Early Admissions Informational Approval Form 1, prior to 3/01. They must also send official test scores and unofficial transcripts to 91tvӰԺ admissions that are confirmed by their counselor and are evaluated by 91tvӰԺ to ensure that the student meets the Early Admissions Profile prior to March 1st.

Only Counselors submit the completed Early Admissions Approval Form 2 for 91tvӰԺ fall registration; due by March 1st.  

Students should have a completed online application (do not pay), official test scores, appropriate GPA, high school transcripts submitted to admissions, prior to March 1st.

Once admitted, students must sign up for ORIENTATION (on My 91tvӰԺ Oasis, or call your campus), no exceptions ($35/person).  Once completed, the registration process will begin and students will be assigned an advisor.

September

Only Counselors can submit Early Admissions Approval Form 2. Form 2 indicates the remaining courses needed for high school graduation.

Counselors should advise students on how to submit official test scores and transcripts to 91tvӰԺ admissions or students will be dropped. All students must attend the first day of each course when classes begin in the fall. 

 

October

Week 4, Last to for students to withdrawal with a "W" in the course. No exceptions passed this date. (See Important Dates)

Week 4, High School Campus Instructors have access in CANVAS to Post Final Grades as students complete the course.

Districts/Private Schools/ Charter Schools/ Homeschool Administrators request a full-year Early Admissions Articulation Agreement by 4/1 to support the students who have applied for Early Admissions by March 1st. These were students in their Junior Year of High School who will be Seniors in the up-coming school year. (See forms on this website) Students planning on attending Early Admissions should take SAT / ACT tests starting in the summer before their Junior year of high school to ensure 91tvӰԺ gets the test scores posted for admission.  There are no exceptions.

February

February 15  - June 15, On-Going High School Counselors /Homeschool Parents/ Administrators start submitting Dual Enrollment Approval Form 2 for Fall Semester by submitting students approved courses for self- registration.

Students planning on applying and attending as Early Admission dual enrollment students should be finalizing all the requirements listed above.  There are no exceptions to the March 1st Deadline.

Students planning on applying and attending as Early Admission dual enrollment students should be finalizing orientation plans to prepare for registration that starts late March or Early April for degree seeking students. Dual Enrollment students that complete orientation are given an assigned time to register ticket. They will log in on their assigned time and self register for courses. This assigned time may be after the month of April when registration starts.

Students planning on applying and attending as Early Admission dual enrollment students should be finalizing orientation plans to prepare for registration that starts late March or Early April for degree seeking students. Dual Enrollment students that complete orientation are given an assigned time to register ticket. They will log in on their assigned time and self register for courses. This assigned time may be after the month of April when registration starts.
