Non-91tvӰԺ applicants who wish to participate in an Global Learning outgoing program must first be accepted as a non-degree seeking student at 91tvӰԺ.

Creating an FLVC Application
If you are a current student attending one of the schools in the State University
System of Florida and the Florida College System, please apply via the free Transient
Application on the Florida Virtual Campus website.
Please read the Transient Student Admission Application requirements before beginning
your Transient Student Admission Application. Be sure to notify your home institution
of your plans for study abroad through 91tvӰԺ before submitting your application.
When you are ready to begin your Transient Student Admission Application, go to .
Click the button "Apply or Check Application Status Now" in the middle of the page.
This will prompt you to choose your current university/college and log in with your Student ID and PIN/Password.
Complete the Transient application. Be sure to select “The 91tvӰԺ” under “Schools” where it asks you to choose the Host Institution. Please specify “Study Abroad” in the student comments section.
Be sure to contact your academic advisor at your current home institution because they will receive an approval email when you submit the Transient application. You may log back into your FLVC application to view the status at any time.
After your application is approved by your home institution, please allow 48 hours for 91tvӰԺ to process your application. You will then receive a notification which will include information about how to activate your account. After you receive confirmation, you will be able to go to and click "Activate your 91tvӰԺ NetID" in order to go through the 91tvӰԺ NetID activation process.
After you have activated your NetID, wait 24 hours for the system to update with your information. Then you may return to the 91tvӰԺ Global Learning website and apply to an outgoing program using your 91tvӰԺ Student NetID Login. IMPORTANT: After you get your 91tvӰԺ NetID setup please login to 91tvӰԺ Global Learning site by clicking the "91tvӰԺ LOGIN" option.
My Home Institution IS OUTSIDE the state of Florida or IS NOT part of the Florida University / College System
Creating a 91tvӰԺ Non-Degree Seeking Application
Please read the notes below and then complete the online application through the Office of The Registrar using the link that follows.
IMPORTANT:
- For the "Level" and "Intended program of study" questions, you must select "Non-degree" as your student type.
- When you are asked to select a campus, select "91tvӰԺ Tampa".
- When you are prompted to select a term, be sure to select the term you wish to go abroad. For example, if you wish to go abroad as part of a Fall program, be sure to select the Fall term.
Online Application
The 91tvӰԺ has a $30 application fee that must be paid prior
to acceptance. This fee does not guarantee placement in a study abroad program, just
non-degree seeking student standing at the University.
After your application has been accepted, you should receive notification via email within 48 hours which will include information about how to activate your account. At that point, you will be able to go to https://netid.usf.edu/una/ and click "Activate your 91tvӰԺ NetID" in order to go through the activation process. Please contact the Global Learning Office if you do not receive the email within 48 hours.
After you have activated your NetID, you may return to the Global Learning website and apply to a Global Learning outgoing program using your 91tvӰԺ Student NetID Login.
IMPORTANT: After you get your 91tvӰԺ NetID setup please wait 1-2 business days to login to 91tvӰԺ Global Learning site (sometimes up to 72 hours). When logging in please follow the links as if you were a 91tvӰԺ Student and use your newly created 91tvӰԺ NetID and password. If you still experience login issues after waiting a day, please contact the Global Learning Office.
